He shouldn't agree to that. I had my Vocaroo accent decided to be Irish, for some reason.

So, am I allowed to exist just yet? I mean, I will probably be dead in 10 years so it would be pretty awesome to know that my existence status is legal and everything.

Yes.

I don't actually have access to this evidence now but I guess that's irrelevant since I've had access to it in the past.

Yes, providing this level of evidence would make your list reasonable.

The status quo is that your list is unreasonable given common sense and knowledge and your lack of basic reasoning, so unless you provide anything (for people I disagree with on your list, obviously) of your own I don't believe I have to do anything. I can however take a shot at finding verifiable evidence such as what I've stated I think I can find, but you'd need to accept that's good enough first.
