how could it be harmful? its just data
so you're posting just data as revenge for the 1.5 years leading up to the destruction of sc?
someone made a post implying that i lied about the traffic data
Oh no I believe you believe these figures mean something. You aren’t lying, you just clearly have no idea how things like IPs and proxies work.
Ffs Luna, I am probably the majority of the Japan entry for example from checking the place at different hotels plus using mobile and WiFi spots otherwise, my attacking the site involved hundreds of unique IPs from all over the world, and I am just one of many here. Numbers of users does not equate to that many unique people, and things like Tor nodes, VPNs, and proxies could throw off the data pretty hard. Even Primal during the endgame of your site was using VPNs on the regular. Even just resetting your IP to something new will be expressed as a “new user”.
Do some research beyond just posting stats instead of baseless attacks and you’ll be taken that much more seriously. Claiming your website was only like 25% returning users for instance is kinda nuts, especially around the time the site had no currently relevant cross-traffic, and thinking this means that your website had unique traffic is like claiming that every signed up account on your site was a unique user.
I’ll try to post a recap summary once it seems over, as is this topic’s been great fun. I reccomend the read if the patience somehow finds it’s way there.
It’s been a hilariously large series of misunderstandings towards Legga’s logic where lampshading and explaining what’s going on just seems to make it worse, and otherwise Inquirer’s been not doing as well since he posted his list towards the top of page seven. Misscomm and I have effectively been wingmanning the debate otherwise to try to sort out the snags, but I think a lot of what’s really holding Inq back here is a lack of reading what’s actually being said while defending his right to not need to verify claims.
Luna likely found herself here the same way she’d find herself in topics like this back on the old forum: she searched her name. She hasn’t read the topic otherwise as per usual and is making the same brand of mistakes as a result. I used to reccomend that people type her name into their topics if they wanted to actually get her attention as otherwise she just won’t.

You baited her into going through the effort of screenshotting, uploading and posting those, you won either way.
The browser part interested me the most out of all. I should add that Tor Browser is considered to be Firefox, it's why you don't see Tor Browser anywhere on the list. This tells us that not many users utilize Tor when coming here and a good amount owns Apple products (Safari browser takes the highest spot after Chrome), VPNs and proxies are still a different question.
I'd say 1/4 if not less users conceal their IP.
