Omg I just thought of a cool idea 

what if we made sc profiles show all the music you’ve ever linked in a nice playlist format like an embedded YouTube playlist widget 

or at least like a list of links you could click on and then if you click on one it will play it in a video space embedded somewhere included in that widget 

that way you wouldn’t have to do this manually and you could keep track of allllll songs 

I like that!! 

and then if the user wants to discard any from their profile list they can just trash certain ones or click a hide button 

and they will remain in a hidden folder where they can re-add them again at any point 

I dunno this is getting complicated but I like the idea to start with lol 

I just could literally tinker with this site forever I love it 

like I thoroughly enjoy doing that so 

if anyone wants me to keep creating the “back up SC” and sort of playing with all my ideas on there I can do that actually 

as a sort of field test for ideas 

and that way we can work on stuff without having to worry about rules because there won’t be any actual users on the site using it’s just a beta, and we don’t have to worry about Meta or Good and like old backup files and fucking web addresses and domain payments and who owns or leads what and fucking web host rules and cloud bull shit 

cuz I don’t care about that shit as much as i just want to design shit lol 

like I want t just have fun

So do other people (hence why Jim's list is so scarce), but that's way too much work for me to scour through. 

This was two music topics, the two biggest ones where the majority of the posts are just a single youtube link. It doesn't get much easier than that to get a list of links to make a playlist out of, whereas the other way means searching every user for all of their youtube posts (and vimeo, soundcloud, dailymotion, etc) for music links... for each user, one at a time. 

You could always try on being a joiner and just throw your music in the depository like the rest of us. It's more convenient that way.
