 Kinda sweet and woodsy. A little bit  more a sweet sore tongue feel.its more smudging than resin burn but it's great before falling asleep and can help with lucid dreaming

 hell ya I am getting mugwort soon which is also supposed to help lucid dreaming ill combine the 2

I'm trying it with water right now and 3 drops of oil just to see what happens

I think the guy meant to just use the frankincense essential oil but im going to try using the resin lol

It works it just smells literally watered down tho which is kind of weird 

im sure doing it with essential oil smells nice tho the way he demonstrated in the vid

the water is not a good idea actually it will cook it and make it stick to the bowl even worse than putting the resin in there by itself with no oil

and it doesnt smell as strong so ya water in an oil burner is for essential oils only lol

so for the oil dont do 1/4tsp like I said that is even more than you need 

do the tiniest amount in the palm of your hand that very very lightly coats the resin as lightly as possible 

or no oil at all

too much oil and it can actually get in your lungs which is not good lol

charcoal is the most usual way but i wanted to experiment with other methods I will try the resin burner next

some people use tinfoil on top of charcoal or in resin burners but you can also inhale that

salt on charcoal disks can minimize smoke, and salt or sand underneath the disc in a bowl can help absorb heat

Just fcking get one of these. No flame required. Smells so pretty. I got one (Jo Malone) for my future smoke-bubble bath excursive activities.

Literally like the tiniest drop of oil for a palmful of resin and coat the resin with it with your finger and anoint it and youre golden

I'm using essential oil instead of olive oil too now because olive oil is heavier
