The US is losing the values that held it together

We all know how culturally degrading technology has become.  Its a survival mechanism to not want to go outside unless you absolutely have to. Every time you step outside of your den could be your last.  The internet has given us the ability to never step outside of our safe houses.

With less in-person interaction we have slowly diverged away from each other, becoming more distant in thought and mind.  We have allowed the media to tear away the bonds that this country was born on (sorry internationals, im US-centric so Im gonna frame it in US POV). Without our judeo-christian values and classical liberal politics on our minds, we have become more divisive, especially since the media wanted us to become that way.  They wanted to break us down so they could control our political beliefs, spoon feed us their agenda.

Only when we arent afraid to voice our opinions in public, without fear of backlash from the radical left, will we begin to heal the wounds.

Why go outside if all of your needs are met inside?

At this point I'd mostly argue that going outside has necessity over how it doesn't cover all grounds... yet

With less in-person interaction we have slowly diverged away from each other, becoming more distant in thought and mind.

I'd say it's closer to falling into the habitual totemism of tropes and archetypes. We've effectively found a need to streamline who we're talking to from there otherwise being so many to choose from.

I don't think our means of interaction is diminishing. I'd argue instead that the nature of communication itself is changing, and at least in it's current stage it's inspiring people to travel to other states and even other countries.

We have allowed the media to tear away the bonds that this country was born on (sorry internationals, im US-centric so Im gonna frame it in US POV).

What you call tearing apart I'd instead call subcultural splintering.

I see nothing wrong with everyone subscribing to their own walk of life instead of being held at gun point over if they saw Family Guy last night or not. Netflix culture taking over Cable culture is largely an improvement, and we're seeing shifts in our behaviors as media-themed groupthink becomes more scattered.

We're in a time where you can be whatever you want to be, even if what you want to be is complete nonsense. I'd take that over the carbon copy dystopia that was once the 1950s.

Without our judeo-christian values and classical liberal politics on our minds, we have become more divisive, especially since the media wanted us to become that way.

How many people age 35 and lower would you say are watching the news instead of cherry picking it from their favorite sources?

They wanted to break us down so they could control our political beliefs, spoon feed us their agenda.

It's closer to making us fight against ourselves in a social-civil war, one where the police get to play the role of babysitter.

To sum it up:

o People yell at each other as catharsis, not as a conversation.
o People misunderstand what their allies are fighting for.
o People make a mess of things, which the city then has to clean up.
o No one gets hurt.

US protests when compared to the rest of the world are a bunch of pussies who don't want to pass the bar that cops have effectively set for them, but it also is somewhere to throw all of their hateful energy that otherwise has nowhere else to go.

We live in a combo of Cult of Personality and Hate Culture, where even those fighting for "Equality" do so snobbishly, do so in a "I know better than you do" form of elitism, and effectively refuse to listen to the other side over a strawman they assume they're already arguing that's been rendered horribly flanderized.

The biggest crime out of all of this is over how no one seems to be able to hear each other when they'd rather be transferring all of their life's problems onto a socially acceptable label. It's just a bunch of apes posturing with no idea of what's going on, and both sides are commonly victim of the same pitfalls.

Only when we arent afraid to voice our opinions in public, without fear of backlash from the radical left, will we begin to heal the wounds.

The wounds were never meant to heal, for they are a part of what keeps the cogs moving.
