To be fair enough, I bet this guy was already known for an extreme accurate paladar, the kind of person that can distinguish many different flavors and trace their origins and such.

So yeah, he was a great asset when it came down to quality testing.

How does one detail if they have an extreme accurate pallet? What use is there to having this (jobs??)
