My school and highschool had dress-codes

My grade school experience was like that.

It left me fashion retarded for a while.

after 2015 I was kind of not caring for a while. like, years. whoops. kind of went off the rails and had to like do a lot of mental health and rehab stuff so I was just wearing jeans and hoodies and trying to get myself and my life together.

and now in 2020 I'm more into things that are well tailored, well made stuff. high end. because it just looks better than normal clothes IMO. you look more put together. my style is all over my Pinterest. currently...

I used to wear mostly black, grey and white, but with the acceptance of my sexual orientation plus more feminine side i wear alot more pink, red, dark yellow now, and I have noticed that people around me who are not comfortable wearing those colors compliment me on it (I have a macho friend who started wearing pink after he saw me). Its uncommon and looked down upon Turkey (masculinity views) but people seem to tolerate me doing it cuz it fits.

Before high school only jeans and t-shirts were available to me.

Casual clothes for high school:

Cow neck sweaters, lacey shirts, loose and/or button-up shirts.

Black jeans or capris.

Long sleeved, short flare dresses.

Sneakers and pointed ballerina flats.

Always had a jacket or something similar with me.

Nowadays: (It ranges on mood or occasion)

Anything flowy, lacey, or silky.

V necks are the best to me, especially in dresses. My favorite dresses are the v-plunge slips with no back and spaghetti straps or certain kinds of sun dresses.

Love skirts, either super short and loose or ankle length and flowy.

I do adore sleeveless things with turtle necks.

Pointed ballerina flats are still my fave, along with laced up boots.

I almost always carry some kind of jacket.
