I've seen anorexic girls try to justify losing their period by saying period blood is toxins and they got the toxins out of their body. Now I've just seen someone call period blood "waste blood" and although the blood is going to waste, it is not different than the rest of the blood on your body. Its red blood cells, and white blood cells, some plasma and nutrients.
