Right, we should be able to share our different opinions. But I do think period blood is a bodily rejected waste similar to urine, poop or skin cells. It's rejected and disgarded by the body for a reason. Thinking about eating it makes me gag up in my mouth a little. I don't think its some kind of magical potion.
You should read the thread i just made called debunking sex ed myths. Period blood isnt "rejected" from the body, it is blood from an internal wound where the uterus lining sheds. Just like when you get a cut, blood escapes from severed capillaries
Maybe rejected is a strong word, but it's definitely disguarded and thrown away. It's not re-absorbed into the body as being useful.
