Well, I dislike that wording, but yes, you are correct. I have faith in my ideology and my vision as to me, it makes logical sense. I don't deny that I could be suffering from some delusions maybe even of grandeur. Especially since I am of the opinion that I believe that Warhammer 40k has infected my way of thinking and imprinted on my personality somewhat.

Dakka dakka.

Orkz are rather interesting. Dumb, but they can alter reality if they believe in something.

Much like people of real life.

I don't necessarily believe that by just believing in something something is changed, unless you take action and get others to believe it, and change society in a way. But belief by itself doesn't necessarily do anything, it's the actions of the believers.

In Ork Species case, if a group of them believe that by painting their cars red, their cars will automatically go faster, then well the cars will go faster.

Sparking said beliefs in larger bodies of people can change the world.

Ever read up on Collective Mental States? If enough people believe in something, in some respects it might as well be true.

In Ork Species case, if a group of them believe that by painting their cars red, their cars will automatically go faster, then well the cars will go faster.

It's a literal representation of "Perception is Reality", only balanced by their own stupidity.

In real life, it's those who are stupid and prone to blindspots that tend to have the most confidence (dunning kruger effect), which with charisma can change the world if enough follow their leads, their emotionally driven falsehoods.

Basically, Orkz are a physical representation of the power that stupidity arguably has in real life, in the "right" hands anyway. If it's handled as an artistic parallel, then orkz becoming more logical should reduce their potential for psychic abilities, much like that of how faith tends to be handled in the real world.

In a similar strain, I enjoyed how Final Fantasy Tactics had magic deal less damage to you and opponents if your faith stat was lower. In such a case, two people of high faith would be the ones who could do the most harm to one another, making it out as if it were some sort of perceptual defense system.

Well, if you want to make that connection as an allegory, then yes, but I was speaking more of an actual impact on the laws of nature, not necessarily what is perceived as reality.
