Is everyone else getting this error in the chat, or just me?

Meta gave me some steps that allowed PMs to work again and removed that from the chat overlay, but I've seen that if I keep it on the index page for too long that the 404 popups return.
His steps (for Chrome):
press f12 -> go to network tab -> check disable cache (right under the network tab) -> press ctrl+f5 -> if it works then uncheck disable cache -> press ctrl + f5
and its fixed
if ur not on chrome disable the caching of your browser somehow and refresh the page
then enable it again after it works
It didn't fully fix it, but it fixed the PMs and otherwise works that much better than otherwise.
The cache is holding onto when the site was down for a bit this morning, and according to him it just needs to clear.

I cleared my phone's cache for my browser app and now it is working. Danke
