Time to be brutally honest. Do you know what I think your problem is? Your problem isn't that you were mistreated. Your problem is your constant self-pitying. Your letter reeks of it.
I don't know why you pity yourself so much. Maybe your mother always listened to your sobbing. Or maybe your therapist. And now you imagine yourself being oh-so-miserable cinderella who everyone mistreats. Please.
Life's hard. You have it pretty good. Trust me. You're better off than the kid in Africa who's starving with aids from the village shaman.

If your boss shouted and "abused" you, then suck it up and quit your job. If you work in a place where the boss has such a low EQ then, trust me, there are better jobs out there. Start looking for a new job, and once you get the offer, it's adios to that workplace.

It is a confidence booster to know that you could walk out of there at any time.
I only got to employ it once, but it was much needed.
