Cus quint has actually expressed wanting to keep herself from harming anyone and getting better, whereas Jim hurts people and ruins lives every day. And honestly if Jim were in the same situation I wouldn't want him in it either. You can dislike people, or not like everything about them, and not want them to be a fucking sex slave in turkey

She's narcy, she had to justify liking him as an expression of him defeating her ego.
This is classic narc wounding, as most of her time hating on him was when he got more attention than her, or if others flirted with him too much. He'd also claimed that he likes people who don't try too hard to get it, so she tried to act disinterested to capture his gaze (while having her chatter about him be on constant).
Basically, his classic game of hot-and-cold hacked her brain.
