10 years ago a pedo tried to lure me to his house unsuccessfully. Our suspicions of him being a pedo isnt enough evidence for police to pursue him.

where are you located? the main thing is to show intent so you'd need a place, time and something to demonstrate the intent for sexual activity? actually on to catch a predator they only needed the guy to show up with something he discussed with the 'child' like pizza or whatever. but yea something like lube wouldn't be too suspicious (what kinda kid would request condoms)
He lives in NYC but why would location matter? I was planning on getting him to talk dirty to me, see if he asks for dirty photos, send fake ones. I think that's grounds enough as long as I tell him im 15 or something. Do you really think I need him to demonstrate intent by having him show up somewhere. If so I could get him to show up to a park with "pizza" or something, then turn over the conversations to the police.
